A non-profit organization where expatriate professionals serve in partnership with local staff to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people of the country.
The post holder will work alongside a national personnel manager to facilitate the recruiting support and equipping of the NGO staff (both national and international) to focus on high-quality work which most appropriately serves the people of this country and reflects the NGOs core values.
The post holder will have previous experience in human resource management leadership and personnel skills and cross-cultural experience. They will be passionate about seeing people thrive in their workplace.
