As the assistant manager you will play a key part in the development improvement and maintenance of our data management systems and data flow. Our database is responsible for tracking wheelchair stock status location history patient information waiting lists equipment selection medical evaluations repairs and loaned equipment. We utilise barcodes to label wheelchairs and equipment enabling us to track their movement from acquisition to recipient. You will work closely with our sub-distribution partners ensuring they can effectively manage their inventory and provide recipient information.This position is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to eventually assume the role of Database Manager so we require a minimum commitment of three years. However shorter-term commitments focused on developing modules and features for the existing database are also welcomed.

Requirements are familiarity with data management structures and tools commitment of at least three years and a passion for serving disadvantaged individuals. Ideally you will have a creative and proactive approach to problem solving and strong interpersonal skills for successful feature rollouts.

Your responsibilities will include creating seatbelts harnesses repairing and upholstering wheelchairs and producing other essential accessories such as cushions leg straps and wheelchair bags. You will also manage the monthly budget explore process improvements and oversee a team within the department.This position is designed to train you for eventual leadership of the sewing department so we are seeking applicants who can commit to this role for a minimum of three years.

You will be willing to commit to at least 3 years and will have a passion for helping disadvantaged individuals. You should possess basic sewing skills and be familiar with different sewing machines and fabric types. Strong interpersonal and management abilities are crucial. We are seeking a Distribution Manager to oversee and coordinate upcoming wheelchair distribution events. These events involve adapting and fitting pre-selected wheelchairs for recipients across Southeast Asia. Your primary responsibilities will include event scheduling wheelchair selection pre-distribution preparation and on-site event management. Working closely with management you will ensure the smooth flow of operations during distribution events. These events typically occur 1-2 times per month and accommodate up to 100 patients over several days. You will also coordinate a team working under your supervision to accomplish the necessary tasks. Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity in disabilities and assistive devices as well as a background in Physical or Occupational Therapy.

You will be willing to commit to at least three years have a passion for serving the disadvantaged and possess excellent communication skills. You will be familiar with wheelchair selection and preparation gained through a PT or OT background. You will also possess strong organisational abilities effective interpersonal and time management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
