We are a relief and development charity based in Asia which provides Christ-centred homes for the destitute education medical care care for the visually and physically handicapped the mentally handicapped and the elderly and community development.

We are looking for someone who can manage the existing farm of around 165 acres. At present crops such as vegetables sugarcane wheat elephant grass lentils fruits and other plants are grown. Cows and goats are kept and there are 22 members of farm staff. The post holder will also be able to provide leadership and guidance.

We are looking for someone who is creative and able to work in a team and lead the agriculture department.

This education centre is a community college affiliated to a local university which offers five diploma courses which enable teachers to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream schools. The centre also provides school-based tuition for children with learning difficulties.The centre is part of a nationally registered trust which runs charitable educational projects.

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for the management of the college including course development marketing and service provision. He or she will also be responsible for overseeing a home schooling project which is separately funded but runs within the remit of the college.

The ideal candidate will have experience of administration of a similar organisation in addition to course development marketing and the provision of services. He or she will be capable of overseeing the home schooling project.
