The anaesthetist will supervise the application of anaesthetics within the operating theatres. S/he will train staff and will advise on equipment and methods to improve work in this area.
A qualified and experienced anaesthetist/anaesthesiologist is needed for this work. Length of experience is not as important as commitment to the task and the people of this region.
