A non-profit organization where expatriate professionals serve in partnership with local staff to build capacity in the sectors of health and development working together in hope for the welfare of the people of the country.
The postholder will ensure the successful implementation of the Female Teacher Education Project through supporting training in or managing a residential teacher training programme for 45+ young women from rural villages in the north of the country.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelors degree in Education and at least 5 years experience of teaching within the field of education. They will be an effective multi-tasker relational flexible and a good organizer. They will have the ability to endure and overcome challenges and to work independently but also in a team. They will take the initiative and be creative and a problem-solver.
